I had a great experience at Car Craft. They completed a full brake job and transmission service on my 2021 Audi S4, and everything turned out excellent. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the work was finished right around the promised time.

The quality of work was top-notch. The service writers and technicians were amazing. Stevo did an outstanding job on my car, and Jason was great to work with — professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with.

I would highly recommend this business. I called, and they took my car and diagnosed it, and I took it back the next day, and they fixed it within maybe 45 minutes. (A wheel bearing issue) Brad is a great guy who explains everything, and the prices are great. My car will go there from now on.

Some of the most honest guys I've ever met. And super helpful. They gave me charts and diagrams and advice when I told them I was doing the ac compressor replacement myself. They inspected my parts and everything too. Very impressive service. Will come here for everything in the future.

Services: General Repairs & Maintenace

I had an appointment for 8:00 Mon for a cooling system test and maintenance on my differentials. I called back 5:00 she told me she would check and let me know. They never called back. Tuesday I called 9:00 am they told me I had a bad hose. The work on the diff. and hose would be done by the end of the day or maybe Wednesday morning. Wednesday passed no call. I called Thursday morning they stated that they "would get to it this morning" I told them I needed my truck by the end of the day.
I also checked they had my phone # (by then they had never called my to tell men a thing) Yes! they had my number. They did finish the work by early in the afternoon and called me back. The work was done well but if they had told me it would be 5 days I could have made other arrangements.

This place rocks! Showed up without an appointment hoping for some availability, they were able to accommodate and squeeze me in the schedule. In under an hour, an oil change was done and the tires were rotated. They let me know about a split lug nut and had a replacement on site. Would highly recommend Car Craft in the future! The front office staff was super nice and very professional about everything.
